Results

  • Editorial pillars covering high-calorie, enzyme-timed eating that mainstream "healthy eating" content misses entirely
  • Multi-format coverage — social feed, stories, podcast — running off one editorial spine
  • Voice written from beside the audience, not above (no medicalization, no preaching)
  • Patient + caregiver-tested for register, not just accuracy

The brief

Nutrition for people with cystic fibrosis is its own discipline — high-calorie, high-fat, with enzyme timing, and a constant calibration that doesn’t look like “healthy eating” in any standard sense. The brief was content that supported the CF community without dumbing the topic down or pretending the medical complexity wasn’t there.

What I led

  • Editorial content on CF-specific nutrition — practical, lived-in writing for patients and caregivers
  • Social media campaign assets — feed posts, stories, and short-form content that landed in patient and caregiver feeds
  • Podcast content — scripts and supporting material for episodes covering nutrition, lifestyle, and the day-to-day reality of CF
  • Brand voice that respected the audience — never preachy, never patronizing, never pretending the disease away

Why it matters

Content for a community living with a chronic condition — written from beside them, not above them. Transfers to any health, wellness, mental-health, or chronic-condition platform where the audience knows more about their life than the writer does.
